Jeff Griffith brings more than 28 years of experience in the foundation repair industry, with a strong background in business leadership, operations and marketing. He began his career with CenTex Foundation Repair in Austin, Texas, in 1998 as Marketing Director, where he focused on growing the company's customer base and expanding its presence throughout Central Texas. In 2006, he advanced to General Manager, overseeing daily operations across Austin, Waco and San Antonio. Jeff became an Owner and Partner in 2012, taking on a leadership role in the company's strategic direction, financial management and continued growth.

Jeff joined the National Foundation Repair Association (NFRA) in January 2025 and was appointed Austin Chapter National Delegate in August 2026. He is also a member of the Bedrock Foundation Group. Through his involvement with the NFRA, Jeff brings valuable industry experience and a commitment to supporting education, professional development and the advancement of the foundation repair industry.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising in 1997. His combination of business ownership, operational experience and industry knowledge provides a valuable perspective as he works with fellow NFRA members to strengthen the foundation repair profession.
