Jim Parker is a Texas entrepreneur and plumbing industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in business ownership, leadership, and industry education. As President of the National Foundation Repair Association (NFRA), Jim brings a unique perspective to the organization, combining his extensive plumbing expertise with a passion for advancing education, collaboration, and professional standards within the foundation repair industry.

Jim began his plumbing career in 1998 with AAA AUGER, where he spent approximately a decade and served as Business Manager. In 2009, he founded Parker & Sons, successfully building and leading the company for more than a decade before selling the business in 2022. That same year, he launched Jim’s Plumbing Now in Dallas, Texas, expanding the company into the San Antonio market in April 2026.

After serving three years as Vice President of the NFRA, Jim assumed the role of President in October 2026. His leadership reflects his commitment to strengthening the relationship between the plumbing and foundation repair industries. A dedicated industry educator, Jim regularly shares his knowledge at the NFRA Annual Conference, teaching professionals about the important connection between plumbing systems, structural foundations, and foundation repair.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jim is a devoted husband and proud father of two who places faith and family at the center of his life. An active member of Community Bible Church, he hosts a weekly Wednesday Bible study gathering at Jim’s Plumbing Now. When he isn't working or serving his community, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
