Sid has been married to the love of his life for 39 years. His commitment to family and faith has remained a cornerstone of his personal journey. Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Purpose Institute and a Master of Theology from Apostolic Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Theology through Apostolic Theological Seminary. His educational background also includes one year of study abroad in Brazil. For approximately 14 years, Sid has served as the pastor of a Hispanic Apostolic Church, providing spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, and guidance to his congregation. Sid began his career in the foundation repair industry in 1992 as a laborer digging holes for a construction crew. Through dedication, hard work, and a willingness to learn, he quickly advanced through several leadership positions, including Crew Chief over excavation, foundation evaluation and house-lifting operations, and the mudjacking department. These experiences provided him with extensive hands-on knowledge of foundation repair, structural lifting, and concrete stabilization. He later joined Longhorn Foundation Repair, where he served as General Manager until approximately a year and a half ago. He subsequently transitioned to Fortress Foundation Systems, where he currently serves as Business Development Manager and Foundation Repair Specialist, bringing more than three decades of industry experience to his role.
Approximately three years ago, Sid earned his designation as a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist through the National Foundation Repair Association (NFRA). Approximately one year ago, he further expanded his industry leadership by accepting the position of Dallas National Delegate on the NFRA Board. Continuing his commitment to professional growth and expanding his expertise in residential construction, Sid is currently studying to become a Professional Home Inspector.
Throughout his personal, spiritual, and professional life, Sid has demonstrated perseverance, dedication, and a commitment to continuous growth. From his early beginnings in the foundation repair industry to his leadership roles in both ministry and the professional community, his journey reflects a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while continuing to learn, lead, and serve.
