Payment, Contract, and Cancellation Details:
Please note that after signing the sponsorship contract you will receive an invoice for the first half which must be paid no later than February 1, 2026. The second half will be billed to be paid no later than May 1, 2026. For those who wish to pay in full before the end of the calendar year for tax purposes, please feel free to pay the entire balance. The conference sponsorships are limited to one Title sponsor, two Platinum sponsors, four Gold sponsors, and eight Silver sponsors.
Refund policy is as follows: 75% refund if cancelled before February 15th, 2026. 50% refund if cancelled before April 1st, 2026. No refund will be given at a cancellation of April 1st, 2026 or later.
Rebate Details:
We will give you a rebate code to use that can decrease the cost of your sponsorship, which you will receive after signing your sponsorship contract. If you use your client list to sell memberships we will discount $200 for each new member you sign up that enters your rebate code on the membership sign-up page. If you use your client list to sell conference tickets, we will give you a $100 discount for every conference ticket purchased using your rebate code. We will offer those rebates against your two sponsorship payments. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions.
